MI_FRESNEL_SPECULAR

THE BOX'S MAIN HELP:

This function returns the fresnel specular factor based on the 
direction of illumination dir, the specular exponent exp, the
interior and exterior indicies of refraction and the normal
and dir state variables.

EXP (input):

The specular exponent.

DIR (input):

The direction of illumination.

IIOR (input):

The interior index of refraction.

EIOR (input):

The exterior index of refraction.

OUT (output):

The fresnel specular factor.

NS (output):

The fresnel factor.
