PULSE

THE BOX'S MAIN HELP:
This function returns a smoothed pulse.
WID is the width of the pulse.
FUZ is the width of the fuzzing.
EDG is the edge to be pulsed.

WID (input):
This is the width of the pulse.  It must be a scalar.

FUZ (input):
This is the width of the anti-aliasing.  It must be a scalar.

EDG (input):
This is the test value.  It must be a scalar.

OUT (output):
This function returns a smoothed pulse.
