XLATEVECTOR

THE BOX'S MAIN HELP:

This is a transformation function which translates 
the input vector, V, by the XLATE vector.

V (input):

The vector to be translated. The default is the surface point.

XLATE (input):

This is must be a vector. The default is 0,0,0, no translation.  
Where the x component is the X translation, the y component is the 
Y translation, and the z component is the Z translation.

OUT (output):

This is a transformation function which translates 
the input vector, V, by the XLATE vector.
