ROTATEMATRIX

THE BOX'S MAIN HELP:
This function concatenates M to the transformation matrix
with a rotation of A degrees about the axis Q.

M (input):
The matrix to be transformed.

A (input):
This is the rotation angle in degrees.

Q (input):
The rotation is about the axis, this vector describes.

OUT (output):
This function concatenates M to the transformation matrix
with a rotation of A degrees about the axis Q.
