SPATTER

THE BOX'S MAIN HELP:
This function returns a spattered pattern.
DIA is the diameter of the smallest spatter.
NUM is the number of different sizes of spatters.
ATT controls the sharpness or attenuation of the edge of the spatters.

PP (input):
This must be a varying vector.  The default is the surface point.

DIA (input):
This must be a float. The default is 0.02.
This is the diameter of the smallest spatters.

NUM (input):
This must be a float. The default is 5.0.
This is the number of different sizes of spatters,
each double the previous size.

THR (input):
This must be a float. The default is 0.75.
This value is very sensitive.
This is the threshold of the function.

OUT (output):
This function returns a spattered pattern.
